Supervision
Supervision is an ethical requirement for practising counsellors, but many school counsellors work in isolation and do not have sufficient high quality supervision. A supervisor with experience of working in schools is essential given the complex environments and unique challenges that schools present to counsellors. I offer bespoke supervision to individuals and groups of school counsellors. Supervision is very flexible and can be conducted online or in person at your school or at another venue.

Consultancy and advisory
Student support services are a core part of schools' provision for students, but many senior leaders do not have a background in counselling or learning support. My colleagues and I offer consultancy to senior leaders seeking to set up or review their school's support services.

Professional development
Ongoing professional development for school counsellors is an essential part of their growth. My colleagues and I offer bespoke workshops on several different aspects of school counselling practice. Area of professional development include working with different modalities, ethics of school counselling, and crisis management.

Working with parents and families
We offer counselling for parents (individually or together), families, and children. I also offer bespoke workshops for groups of parents which can be hosted at your school or another venue. Our workshops are mostly focused on improving communication and building healthy relationships between parents and tweens/teens.
Dr Harrison led several sessions for our pupil support and inclusion team. As a fairly new team, working on building our counseling capacity and vision for the future, Mark was invaluable. His breadth and depth of experience and ability to offer nuanced guidance left us feeling far more confident moving forward. I am particularly grateful for the advice and support Dr Harrison has offered to my school counseling team, some of whom are in early stages of their careers and benefitted greatly from his input. ​
